The Church Health Wellness Center is in the heart of the Medical District across from Baptist College of Health Sciences. The address is 1115 Union Avenue (Zip 38104). The entrance is directly off Union Avenue--look for the purple and white "WELLNESS" sign. The Wellness Center is the second building on the premises; it is not actually visible from Union Avenue.
Parking:
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. After entering from Union Avenue, drive to the back of the parking lot and park in the front of the Wellness Center.
